I missed by self-imposed deadline by a few hours, but I did, at least, finished the Solstice edition of my newsletter! (Go read, like, and subscribe if you’re so inclined.)
What about this week? It was finals week at school. I still have a few essays to grade and grades to enter. The end-of-term seems forever away at the start of the term, but then it comes barreling in at high speed. I’m happy for students who are moving on to college or excitedly returning home, but sometimes it’s sad to say goodbye to them. I’m used to it, yet it can still bring tears to my eyes. But then the new semester will begin and everything repeats.
And I was waiting for my dad’s divorce agreement to arrive. It did, but apparently I was wasting time. Life is full of unpleasant plot changes, isn’t it? As well as with reminders that you can’t live someone’s life for them.
Also, I’ve been getting ready for a local art market. It’s tomorrow! And if you’re in the area, please stop by and see all the crafters, makers, and artists.

Thanks for reading!
