My fictional town is called Lake Belle. Most of my stories so far take place there. Even though the lake may not be present much in the story, the water is nearby. Perhaps I should try to write a story in a desert but the characters would probably all long for water.
So my next novel takes place near the fictional lake. The novel is called Drowning Karma and I’ve posted the first chapter. Now I’ll go cut it up and make more art.

Ooh, I’m not going to mark this one as read in my Reader until I have the time to read what’s behind the link. š I love the sound of Lake Belle. It has a romantic feel to it, and sort of a Gothic feel too.
Drowning Karma is a great title too. That conjures up a lot of things for me. š
I hope the title fits the book.

Thank you, brinkmanship. Asking for more is a nice compliment. Since I’ve long been partial to the number, I thought I’d post the first 3 chapters and then stop. In the meantime, I’ll look for an agent.
