It’s Tuesday again, so here we are. I’m going to be writing a query letter this weekend. If you don’t know how, plenty of websites, articles, and podcasts will explain it.
Somehow it still feels impossible. I have to summarize my novel’s plot and make it sound irresistible.
I’ve read that if you can write a novel, you can write a query. I guess?
Sure. If you can write a novel, you can probably write a query better than someone who never writes. Yeah. But just because someone can roast a chicken doesn’t mean that someone is good at making profiteroles. They both may require cooking skills and familiarity with a kitchen, but they are two very different things.
